I disagree.
Since you're going to spend more time talking about what to do with this
screen, the visual is more necessary, so that the reader has the subject of
the discussion readily available.

Of course, I am also assuming that the reader/user never gets to this screen
any other way. For screens that you see over and over, I'd only show a
couple of times.
