Frame 4 will not produce RTF that can be used by the Microsoft Windows
Help compiler. This is a major disadvantage and requires the
provision of expensive external filters to overcome it.
Frame 5 is supposed to have fixed this problem, but from what I have
seen on the Winhelp list, the jury's still out.
