As part of my daily routine, I place PCX and GIF image files into the
technical manuals I produce. When I'm seeking an appropriate image,
I will frequently sift through a large number of archived image files.
I'm currently using a DOS based program called VPIC to do the sifting.
I like VPIC because it allows me to rapidly flip through full screen
views of GIF and PCX files at a variety of resolutions and it
is remarkably easy to use. My employer, however, would like all of his
employees to switch to programs that are strictly WINDOWS based. Is
there a WINDOWS based viewer that would offer the same capabilities as
VPIC but not cost an arm and leg to purchase?

Thanks for your attention.
