Communications group for technical writers.
Responsibilities include:
o Write on-line and printed user documentation for products and customer
education courses
o Research engineering issues and software technology
o Work with support engineers and customers to improve content and usability
o Assist with project management, document review, quality assurance testing,
and production
Qualifications include:
o BA or MA in Technical Communication or a related field
o Desktop publishing skills
o Proven ability to develop technical documentation for users of software
products
o Experience with CAD/CAM/CAE or PDM software desirable
