A great conversion utility on the Mac is GraphicConverter, you can get
the latest copy from http://204.245.233.132/Lemke/gc.html
I've used it for years to convert screens captured on the IBM to PICT on
the Mac for subsequent import into FrameMaker.
I also think that you shouldn't scale until you get the screen into
FrameMaker.
