I have two requests today:

1. Usability testing - I haven't done any since 1993 and
certainly the trends have changed since then. Who did
testing in 1995 and how and why and what did you learn?
What worked? What didn't?

2. Library science - After a pleasant and relaxing Christmas
vacation with my friend who has trained as a library scientist,
it is my opinion that our professions may be converging
into the realm of knowledge navigation. Opinions? Comments?
Current readings to support or destroy this hypotheses?
What can we learn from them???

Thanks for your attention,
Tina

PS Can't help but remarking that a publication I coauthored
won an STC award BUT was submitted by my former employer WITHOUT
my name attached. I was able to resolve the matter locally,
but I can't think that this was the first time it ever happened....
This is not the answer for certification.
