Thanks to all who answered my request for help describing how I've organized
the descriptions of the relationships between each possible combination of six
elements.

I decided to use a table to show which section each description is in,
something like this:

----A---B---C---D---E---F
A | - 1 2 3 4 5
B | 1 - 6 7 8 9
C | 2 6 - 10 11 12
D | 3 7 10 - 13 14
E | 4 8 11 13 - 15
F | 5 9 12 14 15 -

It's not ideal, but it permits the reader to check by either element of a
pair-- for example, the reader could look up AC or CA, and either way would
find the correct section. My audience is technical, and the chart won't scare
them.

(I tried both a hexagon and a web of connections in a virtual hexagon, and
found the results confusing-- too many lines going too many places.)

Anyway, thanks.
