I've read a couple of postings about internships, paid and unpaid, in the
tech communications field. Just for the record, the company where I currently
work accepts interns, and pays them.
We've got one paid intern currently on the staff, and one full-time writer
who started off as an intern.
Of the four companies where I've worked in the past dozen years, three
have accepted interns in the tech communications programs. Two of those
three offered paid full-time positions when the internships were over.
