All the time. Or people get upset because "No one from admin is going to
tell me what to do." And so on.

OTOH, there are more male tech writers than female techwriters in my
group: 10 to 1 for the writers and 1 to 1 for the editors (although I do
most of the editing). How's that for screwing up the stats.
