It's all in your TARGET tag. Use TARGET=blank to avoid having the file
you call load in an existing frame. By mastering this, you can vary your
frames from page to page. See http://www.campaign96.com/ for some
creative uses of frames. Much of it is done in Java, but you'll still
get some ideas.
