Someone (lost the name, or I'd answer directly) asked about screen
snapshots on the Mac.
They're easy: Command-shift-3 takes a screen snapshot and saves it as a
file on the boot drive's root directory. There's a shareware package,
Flash-it, that does a better job. It's widely available on the Web, just
search for "Flash-it" and you'll find it.
