This only works when you have purchased and installed a third-party utility
called Capture, from Mainstay Software--its control panel lets you
customize the key combination. (BTW, Command-C is usually the default
shortcut for the Mac's Copy command.) As far as I know, the MacOS does not
provide a way to change the default shortcut (Command-Shift-3) for taking
screenshots.
