According to Carolyn Rude's survey reported in TECHWR-L 1 May 1996,
three standard style manuals were very frequently used:
Chicago Manual of Style 69%
Microsoft Manual of Style 8%
GPO Style Manual 8%

Where can I get information on these style manuals?
