The Chicago Manual of Style is, if I'm not mistaken, currently in
its 14th edition. It's published by the University of Chicago Press
and the ISBN is 0-226-10389-7. The price is about $40 US, which is
remarkably inexpensive if you figure it per pound or kilogram. ;-)
