OCSTC Meeting ?Going Beyond Multi-Mediocrity?

Irvine, CA. -- On Tuesday, May 21st, at 6:30 p.m., The Society for Technical
Communication's dinner meeting at the Irvine Marriott Hotel will feature a timely
presentation: "Going Beyond Multi-Mediocrity." Leah Bardell
and Jeremy Barnett will discuss their experience as developers of
multimedia-based communication and training materials. Multimedia samples from
award-winning projects will be presented. Both speakers are project managers
and instructional designers with Internal and External Communications, Inc.,
located in Marina del Rey. Jeremy and Leah hold advanced degrees in Education
Technology and Communications, respectively.

To make a reservation for this outstanding meeting, call (714) 863-7666. The
meeting will be held at the Marriott Hotel, 18000 Von Karmen Ave., Irvine on Von
Karmen Ave. at the 405 in Irvine on May 21, 1996 from 6:30 PM t
o 9:00 PM. $17 Members with reservations/$20 Nonmembers and walk-ins. No- shows
will be billed $10.

The Society for Technical Communication is a non-profit organization dedicated to
providing educational programs and networking opportunities in technical
communication for its members and the community. The STC has more
than 20,000 members internationally and boasts nearly 400 members in the Orange
County Chapter.
