Subject to correction by a copyright lawyer, the copyright rules are
unchanged. However a loose-leaf format suggests that loose pages will finish
up all over the place. If so, something like "Copyright, The Idiotic
Corporation, 1996" could usefully occur on every page. Providing your
printing process has sufficient resolution for it to be read with a
magnifying glass, there seems to be no objection to printing it in 4 point type.
