Position: Technical Writer

Responsibilities for the position include developing and maintaining application programming interface and system architecture documentation. Candidates must have knowledge of UNIX operating system, programming and networking concepts, C, and telephony. Candidates must also be able to work with developers and engineers to learn development tools and translate that knowledge into accurate, complete, and effective documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Familiarity with ISO 9000 and/or Bellcore standards helpful, as is experience using Framemaker or providing training services.

Additional tech writer position open. Responsibilities include all phases of customer documentation of hardware and applications, including research, writing, editing, and producing.
