Because I own a copy of Delphi at home and am familiar with it, the UI
programmer here
has asked me to go in and edit the "bubble help." Had I not had such
experience, he would
undoubtedly felt uncomfortable giving me this task. (I also own 2 C compilers
and Visual
Basic -- I like to dabble in software development in my spare time.)
