Shannon,

One other suggestion: if possible, lock down the file size (if the file is
56K before the resize, it should be 56K after the resize). I know how this
is done in Photoshop, but not in Paint Shop Pro. Locking the file size
will increase the resolution (in PICT files anyway), which preserves the
quality of the image.
