Part of my job will be taking notes, if necessary, for groups working on
defense test & evaluation projects. Our procedure is to sit in on the
meeting with a lap top and paraphrase what goes on. This becomes the
minutes. I guess folks are starting to have tech writers do this stuff
instead of secretaries, or administrative assistants, whatever they're
called. It's a pain in the butt!
