I've used the PM>HTML plugin, and I was not satisfied with it. It
did not interpret a 2-column layout correctly.

I prefer to take our legacy documents to PDF instead of HTML if
they are in PageMaker. Besides the fact that it works better, there
is another reason: PM docs are usually in a page-paradigm,
layout-intensive format. PDF (Acrobat) files keep the page-
paradigm formatting.
