Steve Evanina asked about a tech writing course offered by the American
Management Association.

I've taken four courses from the AMA, and three of them (public relations,
records management, and project management) were quite good. The tech
writing class, on the other hand, was the pits. It was taught by a
different person than the instructor Steve cites in his post, and was a
two-day class, so I'm not sure my comments are entirely applicable to
Steve's question.

One note: The course was so bad and I (and apparently others) rated it so
poorly on the signed evaluation that AMA offered me a free registration in
another class. How's that for customer satisfaction?
