Here's a tip to simplify Amy's idea even further: Assign a numerical
value to each condition tag, such as:

2Amy
3Carla
this would allow each reviewer to enter only 1 character (number,
actually) in most cases to specify their condition tag. The conditional
tags, in conjunction with the compare documents feature, should take care
of just about everything.
