Hi,
The hardcopy documentation is scenario driven, with a step formatted process through the window widgets. A sample radio button step is:
"Select one TASK radio button to define whether the task is scheduled to be performed before or after the due date. The default for Site is 'Due'."
I include all the pertinent user data about the purpose of the process they are performing ("to define whether the task..."), and add 'select one' to give the user a reminder as to usage for a radio button.
