acceptable error rates

I don't think there is a standard "acceptable" rate of typos. Certainly
spelling mistakes should be very rare, in this age of spell checkers. As a
big fan of dedicated technical editors, I would think most documents should
have very fews errors of any kind if they are bein properly reviewed.
