For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I have a book called "Electronic Publishing Unleashed" by Stanek, William
R., Lee Purcell et al., published by Sams Publishing (1995) which does a
decent job on explaining the process of storyboarding and the overall
production process. Also, any book on movie/film scripting will provide you
with the fundamentals of scripting and the proper terminology.
