Hey, y'all! Don't forget there is a distinct difference in style between
the USA and UK for commas and periods going inside or outside quotes.

There is even a difference in the USA when the U.S. Code of Federal
Regulations has published ammendments to public laws. You'll see:
changed "now" to "not". This goes strictly against the usual America
custom of always putting commas and periods within the closing quote
whether part of the quote or not.
