If Joe's system is home, then Nancy's can be any of the following:

Remote System (this may imply some connection between the two systems)
Guest System (since Joe is a temporary guest, and this term is consistent
              with the home image)
Host System (since Nancy is host to Joe as a guest - may be too close
             in sound to "home," but it's the one I think is most
             technically correct)
Visited System

I agree about not using the term "foreign."  There are negative connotations
(who's foreign, you or me?) and since you are planning to localize
your product in multiple countries, this may create confusion regarding
the actual definition being used.
