Why don't you also ask them what stocks/mutual funds are invested with
the pension plan money, how often the VP of Human Resources is quoted in
the employee newsletters, and if the company is self-insured?
The last one is the most important, because laws pertaining to employee
insurance plans often specifically omit self-insured companies, and
employees of such companies can find themselves with fewer rights and
less insurance than they think.
