Sure they do!.
1) Go to view source in Netscape
2) Grab you mouse.
3) Put the arrow where you want to start the highlighting
4) Press the left button
5) Drag down to where you want to end your cut. If you want material that is
below the bottom of the screen, use your other hand to use the down-scroll key
as you use the mouse
6) The section will be highlighted.
7) Release your mouse button. The highlighted section will stay highlighted.
8) Press CTRL-C (copy to clipboard)
9) Switch to another document
10) Press CTRL-V (paste from clipboard) I used it to copy the following code.
I happen to be looking at the APMP homepage when this email arrived, so that's
what I tested this process on.
