Yes it is. Exactly.

If that's how you feel about the ad, then this company doesn't want to
hire you. Plain and simple. They are looking for a specific type of
person (I think the official term is workaholic) and they don't want to get
any applications from people that won't fit into their corporate culture.
That would be a big waste of time and judging by the number of hours
that they work, time is something they cannot afford to waste.

I actually admire the job ad, not because of the values that it
embodies, but because it so clearly understands its intended audience. An
intended audience that consists of a very small number of people (I hope).
I think that it is a highly effective piece of rhetoric (which your
response helps to illustrate).
