First I want to say hello to everyone because I just signed in for the
techwr-l list. Excuse me and tell me if such soundbyte quoting style is
not appropriate for this list.
As to the "5-years'" question, I guess, employers may want you to be a
bit VISIONARY. In the end they're humans to, like rest of us, somehow
excited by meating a new person. Yes, they want to share some vision
with
you, maybe a little one, but still.
