My stepmother is a frequent interviewer, and recommends that an
interviewee should always answer such questions with a "false positive,"
as she puts it. Tell them something that will benefit them, but
that points out an area of growth that you need to work on.

For example, you could tell a prospective company that you work hard
toward getting projects done on time and with success, and that this
causes you "work the extra mile" and pick up work that others might not
be getting done in a timely fashion.

Does this make sense?
