Greetings:

I'm looking for an entry level documentation specialist to join my staff.
Entry level to me means 2 years or less experience; I am very willing to
consider recent college grads or almost ready to graduate college students.

The position is located in Alexandria, VA. The company is a leading supplier
of multiplatform performance and storage management products; we basically
help companies get the most out of their systems by helping the systems run
more efficiently. The company has been in business for over 20 years and has
shown steady growth.

You'll be joining a team of doc specialists who write and produce hard copy
user, reference, getting started, and install guides, as well as online
guides and online help, wizards, and tutorials. We design the icons for our
products, produce product demos, and also help with product presentations,
the proofing of marcom materials, etc. This is an excellent opportunity to
join what my boss has termed "one of the company's most innovative and
dynamic teams." I also manage the company's internal business systems.
We're in the midst of a major effort to develop a new corporate information
system, so there's plenty of fun for all!

We don't work long wacky hours for the heck of it. We don't work long wacky
hours in general. You'll have the opportunity to work from home a couple of
days a week once you've proven yourself. We have a good working relationship
with development; the commitment to quality product information starts with
the CEO.

Sound too good to be true? Oh sure, we have our "special times," but my motto
is, you spend too much time at work not to enjoy it. That's why I insist on
periodic trips to Toys R Us for new office toys.

If you're interested, please fax your resume to Doreen A. Mannion,

employer. No contractors, consultants, or headhunters please.
