Depends what you're doing. My Pentium 133 MHz makes a heck of a
difference for Framemaker, PowerPoint, large Word files, and generally
running Windows '95. I have a 486 that I work on at home occasionally
and it's noticeably slower.

If you run something as hulking as Interleaf (as I do), a faster
machine would be even better.
