Colleagues,

the Danish newspaper "Jyllandsposten" has today (14 April) published
a market research on user satisfaction with manuals for video
machines. Now at last we got the truth! Are they really so bad as we
all use to say?

The results of the research is published in English on the "User
Friendly Manuals Website", see the URL below for the somewhat
surprising results.
