I've found the MS Manual of Style extremely helpful. They've dealt
with a lot of the issues concerning the continuely evolving terminology...
things like when do you click and when do you select.... I don't
always agree with their decisions but what they decide does tend
to set the standard. If you're writing users guides or online help for
Windows products, its indispensable. I am curious about what
opinions others on the List have, so I'm glad you asked the question.

Dont know anything about Bugs..., but it sounds good.
