I thought this group might be interested in knowing about the following
document management information sources available on the Internet. The
list is biased toward DOCS Open, because that's the system I'm using.

==========================
Document Management mailing list.
==========================
Traffic has been light lately, but it's out there (perhaps waiting for
an influx of techwhirlers to stir things up!!!)

==========================
Mailing list specific to DOCS Open
==========================
This list is new, and is trying to achieve critical mass. To subscribe,
use this URL:

http://www.hiv.unaids.org/ntmail/docsopen/docsopen.htm
(I thought that was a cool feature...)

==========================
"Groupware" Newsgroup
==========================
Not available via Mail. This thing is huge, with 30,000 subscribers,
but surprisingly little traffic. (I guess techwr-l has an unusually
high members-to-senders ratio.) Although devoted primarily to stuff like
Lotus Notes, it addresses document management issues. It's called:

comp.groupware

Document Management Newsgroup

comp.doc.management

Web Pages
==========================

www.pcdocs.com ("Official" web page for PC Docs, publishers of DOCS
Open products.)

http://www.hare.net.au/~jim/docsopen/docsopen.htm (A decidedly
unofficial page devoted to the users of DOCS Open products.)

Use in good health.....
