Oh, yes there are. NT 3.51 is the old Windows interface, but
32-bit, so Winhelp 4.0 help files run, but without support
for What's This. Consequently, context sensitive help gets
a little sticky. I spent 3 days on the phone with MS VC++
tech support trying to get context sensitive help for the
common open dialog working on 3.51 and 95, and in the end,
all they could tell me is "cut everything out of the auto-
generated file except what you need and include it".
