Professionalism is key. Plus, keep in mind that one
person's "bad" is another's "good." Different folks
work differently in different situations. A simple
description of one's experiences sans the drama
is most useful.

I'm willing to provide references for the companies
with which I've worked. Has someone volunteered to
maintain a page yet?
