I agree with Melonie.
I think ALL companies should be include. We cannot single out bad
companies, because of the legal issues involved.
Also, we need to keep the discussions when referring to specific
companies or supervisors to OUR EXPERIENCES with them, not saying
they're awful employers or supervisors.
You never know who will want a lawsuit.
In fact, I know one company who has stopped providing references for its
former employees because it's afaid of being sued by former employees
who get bad references and subsequently do not get the job offer.
