Thanks to all the people who have written me so far, but I guess I
didn't outline the difficulty well enough.
We can't get the zero's (as in 1.0, 2.0). If I put zeros into the
heading ones, my remaining heading levels come out odd, as in 1.0.1, 1.0.2,
1.0.2.1, etc. I also cannot se4em to be able to modify levels 2 down without
messing everything even worse.
