FYI Systems is seeking a contract technical writer to work on a
short-term project documenting help-desk scripts and creating user
documentation.
Responsible for creating documentation and working directly with
project manager. Bachelor's degree in English, technical
communication, or computer science-related field and 2 - 3 years
experience required. Must know FrameMaker, Windows, Visio,
and Excel. Should be familiar with AS/400, mainframe, and Windows NT
environment.
