enterprise management and customer relations products, is looking for an
experienced technical writer. This is a full-time, permanent position

Position Description:

Responsible for planning, organizing, and writing user, administrative,
and technical documentation (both printed and online) for commercial
software products.

Prerequisites/Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical Communication, Technical
Writing, English, or related discipline.
* Minimum of two years of applicable experience.
* Experience with client/server environments (or GUI interfaces).
* FrameMaker 5.1, RoboHelp95, Acrobat3.0, Windows 95, MMOS.
* Experience using the Information Mapping writing method is a plus.
* Experience in enterprise change/asset management a plus.
* Enjoy working in a team environment.
