I would use commas (I presume you mean after the first words). I would
also make the list parallel: "Fourth" instead of "Then" and "Fifth"
instead of "Finally." However, if this is supposed to be a procedure, I
would suggest numbered steps instead:
1. Turn on the computer.
2. Get a cup of coffee.
etc.
