Information Developer - Installation

We are currently looking for an information developer whose primary job
will be to develop the Installation Guide for our product. You will work
closely with the installation programmer and database administrator to
plan, schedule, and develop the Installation Guide. In addition, you will
develop online help as a member of a development team consisting of
programmers and designers.
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- minimum 5 years experience as an information developer, preferably in
software development
- experience writing for a technical audience
- experience using FrameMaker
- experience developing online help
- experience managing help projects
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- excellent writing skills
- ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work independently
- problem-solving skills
- project management skills
The following qualifications would be an asset:
- familiarity with relational databases and the principles of a
client/server environment
- understanding of programming principles
- experience using Microsoft Word
- experience using Help Workshop
