down as "The Ten Commandments of HTML"?
Off the top of my head:
Navigational elements shalt thou provide, simple ones that scrolleth
not off the display.
Thou shalt keep thy typography simple.
Thy graphic adornments shall be few in number.
Honor the 2400 baud modem and put not thy ISDN users before it.
Test thou thy color schemes with diligence for thy god is an impatient
god who will not try to read cyan letters on white or blue letters on
black.
