Well, the help files in MS Exchange use "Inbox". Of course, that doesn't
make it right. <g> I don't see a *real* reason to capitalize it. Sure,
it's a specific type of mailbox; but saguaro is a specific type of
cactus and it's not capitalized. And, sure, each user may only have one,
but each user also has only one bellybutton, and it's not capitalized.
