Not when it only takes a couple of minutes to give some suggestions.

You remind me of something I experience at my first job as a tech writer. Part
of my job was to conduct research regarding the use of catheters in doctors'
offices. I ran into a doctor who asked me if there was an honorary involved in
giving me the information. For under five minutes of his time!
