I've handled similar situations by numbering the Index pages Index-1, Index-2,
etc. and the glossary pages Glossary-1, Glossary-2, etc. In your case, I'd
just use the term glossary and not use acronym list in the title or folios. If
you have a preface or "about this manual" section, you could mention that
acronyms are defined in the Glossary.
